Tip of the month

Fall is in the air and it is time to do some preventative cleaning to be sure those gutters are functioning properly.  More floods occur in the winter from fall leaves clogging  a home's rain gutters.  When you are putting up those Christmas lights, make sure the gutters are cleaned out.  Down spouts should drain at least five feet away from the foundation of your home.
